We have developed a 2 axis compact micro drilling machine for drilling sizes ranging from 0.01mm to 2.00mm with high speed spindle. Servo motors on X and Z-axis produces precise drills at an affordable cost. Loading of multiple components means the machine can run continuously without stopping for loading and unloading of components.

Automation of precision watch components. Both manual and servo versions of the machine is available along with coiling and de-coiling units with auto ejection setup. Accuracy of about 50 micros can be achieved in this machine.
