The Automatic Core Cutting Machine is an automatic machine with manual core feeding. With 750W servo motor coupled with a gear box, this machine is capable of producing 25-30 cuts per minute. Precise and accurate cut is produced with an accuracy of about ±0.5mm. Three step mode is introduced in this machine where three different lengths can be cut in the same core to reduce wastage.
